PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. MADINA PERSADA MANDIRI BATAM
Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of work experience and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Madina Persada Mandiri Batam. Employee performance is a crucial factor in achieving organizational goals and is influenced by various aspects, including work experience and motivation. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to a total population of 50 employees, using a census sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 22. The results indicate that both work experience and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, it is recommended that the company continuously improve employee experience and motivation through training programs, incentives, and a supportive work environment to enhance overall performance.
