PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV. FLOBAMORA BATAM LOGISTIK
Abstract
The results show that: (1) job training has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 3.210 > t-table 1.690 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) work motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 4.991 > t-table 1.690 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; (3) simultaneously, job training and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, with an F-value of 13.293 > F-table 2.485 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.Based on these findings, it can be concluded that job training and motivation play a crucial role in improving employee performance. Therefore, the company is advised to regularly conduct relevant training programs and create a supportive work environment to enhance employee morale and productivity.Based on these results, it can be concluded that job training and motivation play an important role in improving employee performance. Therefore, companies are advised to routinely hold relevant training and create a supportive work environment to improve employee morale and work productivity. And help the company develop and progress well the company should create a positive, open, and supportive work environment. This includes appreciation for work performance, providing constructive feedback, and career development opportunities. A psychologically healthy environment will increase employee morale and loyalty to the company.
