Abstract

The main focus is how operational management policies and practices that are implemented can affect employee motivation, productivity, and job satisfaction. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative method to obtain a comprehensive picture of the influence of operational management on employee performance. The results of this study The influence of operational management on employee performance at PT RDMP JO (Refinery Development Master Plan Join Operation) in general has been running well. This can be seen from the large percentage of respondents' answers who agreed at 45.6%. While employee performance at PT RDMP JO (Refinery Development Master Plan Join Operation) in general is good. This can be seen from the large percentage of respondents' answers who strongly agreed at 42.43. Based on the correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.749 or close to 1. This means that there is a strong and unidirectional relationship between the independent variables including Operational Management (X) and the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y), meaning that if the independent variables including Operational Management (X) and are increased, then the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y) will also increase, and vice versa
