Abstract

The influence of incentives on increasing employee work motivation at PT. Madina Persada Mandiri plays a very significant role. The problem in this research is whether the provision of incentives can have a significant effect on increasing employee work motivation at PT. Madina Persada Mandiri. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of giving incentives on the improvement of employee work motivation at PT. Madina Persada Mandiri. The type of research used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires, using saturated sampling techniques. The data collected through questionnaires was distributed to 41 respondents who are employees of PT. Madina Persada Mandiri. The data analysis used is simple linear regression, using SPSS Version 22. The results of the study based on the t-test show that the effect of incentives significantly influences the increase in employee work motivation with a significance value. of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained R 0.737. This indicates that the dependent variable of work motivation is influenced by 73.7% by the independent variable of incentive effects, while 26.3% is influenced by other variables that have not been studied in this research. The results of this study show that the provision of incentives has a significant effect on increasing employee work motivation.
