ANALISIS GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA SMKS KESEHATAN WIDYA TANJUNG PINANG

SMKS Kesehatan Widya Tanjungpinang is the first private school in Tanjungpinang focused on health studies at the senior high school level. The institution faces challenges in improving employee performance, as some still lack discipline and use work hours for personal matters. This study aims to determine whether the school's leadership is wise and firm and whether work discipline is effectively applied. The research uses qualitative methods with SWOT analysis. Findings indicate that the leadership style is mostly democratic and open, involving discussions and employee participation in decision-making. However, issues remain regarding work discipline and punctuality. In conclusion, effective leadership and work discipline play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance, fostering a better work environment, and ensuring optimal institutional operations.
