Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the implementation of an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) system based on index values on employee work productivity. The research object is PT Maxpower Indonesia at the PLTMG Site Batamindo. The research sample consists of the entire population of 30 employees, using a questionnaire technique. This research is a quantitative study, employing statistical analysis with a multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that, partially, the safety variable has a positive but not significant effect on employee work productivity at PT Maxpower Indonesia PLTMG Site Batamindo. Meanwhile, the occupational health variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the company. Simultaneously, occupational safety and health together have a simultaneous effect on employee work productivity at PT Maxpower Indonesia PLTMG Site Batamindo by 61.1%, while the remaining 38.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
